Changes!

Starting in January 2009 we have changed our regular meeting day.. We also meet earlier.

Day of meetings

For 2009 we meet on the SECOND THURSDAY in each month (except August).

Time of meetings

In response to popular demand we have returned to our old time of 6pm.

Meeting place

We continue to meet at:

Gateshead Civic Centre,
Regent Street,
Gateshead, NE8 1HH

We meet in the Civic Suite on the first floor. Please ask at Reception which room we are meeting in. The building is fully accessible and there is a lift from the groundfloor.

Access by public transport

Nearest Metro/Bus station: Gateshead.
Leave the bus/Metro station on the south side (ie the side away from the river) and walk uphill along West Street past the Catholic Church. The Civic Centre is the next block.

If arriving after 7pm, ignore the signs pointing to 'Main Entrance' (it is locked at about that time) and go round the building to the carpark entrance.

Access by car

There is a large carpark at the back of the Civic Centre. Entry is from Arthur Street
